As part of a company-wide collaboration, I led the visual design for the Hospice Care Initiative, developed jointly by McKinsey & Company and Foundation Partners Group.
The initiative focuses on improving end-of-life care experiences by providing hospice facilities, workers, and families with clear, empathetic resources. I worked closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create a suite of downloadable brochures and guides that simplify complex healthcare information while maintaining visual consistency and emotional sensitivity.
Hospice care resources are often difficult to navigate, leaving families and providers without the clarity or support they need. This project aimed to deliver a cohesive set of guides and brochures that communicate with empathy and clarity—while also increasing accessibility, driving web traffic, and boosting file downloads.
