I led the creative and production process for both collateral streams, partnering with hospice teams and regional staff to translate a shared brand voice into two distinct but connected experiences. My focus was on clarity, consistency, and emotional tone — ensuring the materials felt as supportive as they were informative.
The work followed two parallel approaches that reflected different scopes and freedoms for each collateral stream. For the national brand guides, a modular design system focused on shared typography, color, and grid principles to ensure clarity and accessibility across long-form content. The local, site-specific brochures, allowed for tailored layouts and imagery choices per site rather than forcing a single systemed template, prioritizing practical readability and local relevance.
